¿SOMOS TODOS EXTRANJEROS?
Dishes wishes es una obra sobre el cambio de rol de visitante a anfitrión, una documentación sobre el México verdadero a través de sus cocinas. Una respuesta a la pregunta del encuentro con uno mismo sobre la sensación de ser extranjero y su sentido de pertenencia; convertirse en alguien útil y de tal manera hacer del extranjero su casa.
ARE WE ALL FOREIGNERS?
Dishes wishes is a piece of work dealing with the change of role from being a guest to be a host, a documentation about the real mexico presented through its kitchens. It is an answer to the question of belonging encountered by a person who felt herself foreign. She becomes active and therefore makes the foreign her home.

Dishes Wishes ist ein Werk über den Rollentausch von Gast zu Gastgeber, es ist eine Dokumentation über das reale Mexiko, dargestellt durch seine Küchen. Es ist die Antwort auf die Frage nach Zugehörigkeit gefunden von einer Person die sich fremd fühlte.
Sie wird aktiv und macht sich dadurch die Fremde zur Heimat.
